I attended the University of Maine at Farmington and graduated in 2016 with my bachelor’s in elementary education and special education. After teaching through the pandemic and gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health care, I enrolled in a master's program in professional clinical counseling at the University of Southern Maine in 2022.

I completed 3 years of classes and over 1,000 hours in training with clients, supervisors, and in counseling education. I started my business soon after graduation and am thrilled to be working in the heart of Portland.

I weave together my developmental understanding of young people and my passion for caring for and healing adults as I work with individuals who seek to understand themselves, tend to trauma and wounds, and practice new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
